London-based tech company Nothing has officially announced that its next-generation premium wireless earbuds, Nothing Ear 3, will launch on September 18, 2025. The Ear 3 will be the successor to the Ear 2, which debuted in March this year.
Nothing has hinted that Ear 3 could feature audio tuning by KEF, the high-end audio brand that partnered with the company for its first over-ear headphones, Nothing Headphone 1.
Expected Features of Nothing Ear 3
- Signature Transparent Design – Continuing the brand’s unique design language.
- Improved Battery Life – Up to 40 hours of total playback time.
- Better Codec Support – Enhanced compatibility for a wider range of audio files.
- Powerful ANC – Up to 50dB of Active Noise Cancellation for an immersive experience.
- Bigger Drivers – Expected to include a larger diaphragm for richer sound and spatial audio support.
- Durability Ratings – IP54 for earbuds and IP55 for the charging case.
Pricing and Availability
Nothing Ear 3 is expected to carry a price tag above ₹10,000 in India and will likely be available through Flipkart and Myntra after launch.
With KEF-tuned sound, bigger drivers, and strong ANC, the Nothing Ear 3 is shaping up to be a serious contender in the premium wireless earbuds space.
