JPSC JET 2025 Exam Pattern
The JET exam will have two papers, conducted online:
Paper 1 (100 Marks | 50 Questions)
- Research Aptitude
- Reasoning Ability
- Reading Comprehension
- General Awareness
Paper 2 (200 Marks | 100 Questions)
- Subject-specific questions (as per candidate’s choice)

Background
In 2018, JPSC had announced 40% vacancies for Assistant Professors that remained unfilled, affecting academic and research activities in Jharkhand’s higher education institutions. To address this, the state government has directed JPSC to conduct the JET 2025 afresh.
