At Nandi Travels, we strive to provide transparent and customer-friendly travel services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms applicable to cancellations, modifications, refunds, and booking payments made through our website or directly with our team.

By confirming a booking with Nandi Travels, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this policy.

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received and a confirmation has been issued by Nandi Travels through email, WhatsApp, or any other official communication channel.

Certain tour packages, hotels, transportation services, and third-party bookings may require full or partial advance payment before confirmation.

2. Cancellation by the Customer

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible through our official contact details.

Cancellation requests are processed only after receiving written confirmation through email or WhatsApp.

Cancellation charges may apply depending on:

  • The type of travel service booked
  • Hotel cancellation policies
  • Vehicle reservation commitments
  • Seasonal demand
  • Third-party supplier policies
  • The number of days remaining before the scheduled departure

3. Refund Policy

Eligible refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges, non-refundable deposits, taxes, bank charges, and any expenses already incurred on your booking.

Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policies of hotels, transport providers, activity operators, and other service partners involved in your itinerary.

Some promotional offers, discounted packages, special event bookings, and last-minute reservations may be completely non-refundable.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days after cancellation approval.

The actual time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method, banking institution, and payment gateway.

5. Changes or Rescheduling

If you wish to modify your travel dates, destination, vehicle type, or itinerary, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request.

However, all modifications are subject to availability and may involve additional charges based on revised pricing or supplier policies.

6. Cancellation by Nandi Travels

In rare circumstances, Nandi Travels may cancel a booking due to reasons beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Road closures
  • Civil unrest
  • Operational emergencies
  • Force majeure events

In such situations, we will attempt to provide an alternative arrangement whenever possible. If no suitable alternative can be arranged, eligible refunds will be processed according to applicable booking terms.

7. No-Show Policy

If a customer fails to arrive at the scheduled pickup location or does not utilize the booked travel service without prior notice, the booking may be treated as a No-Show.

No-Show bookings may not be eligible for any refund.

8. Third-Party Services

Certain travel services, including hotel reservations, flight tickets, train tickets, sightseeing activities, and entry tickets, are provided by third-party suppliers.

Such bookings remain subject to the respective supplier’s cancellation and refund policies in addition to this policy.

9. Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our customer support team.

Fraudulent disputes or unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of future booking services.

10. Force Majeure

Nandi Travels shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government actions, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
